PREMIERE CREATION
A Motives Festival Production in cooperation with Buda kunstencentrum (Kortrijk)
Motives Festival intentionally links jazz to various (art)disciplines. This time the idea was to start up a production that combines jazz and videogames.
The concept of this creation comes from Kurt DíHaeseleer.
Contrary to the usual navigation of the players, he navigates through the games
in his capacity of a tourist, a photographer or a camera man. He is in pursuit
of surprising and spectacular images the gamer finds no time to see.
No doubt
this performance will become a spectacular interaction of images and Music.
Link the talent of great master Jon Hassell ñ immediately enthusiastic about this
cooperation ñ to that of the other members of the group
and there is no more doubt: this creation is filled with creativity at the
highest level!
