Taking the UK by storm, the band of the moment, the Neil Cowley Trio won album of the year last year at the BBC Jazz Awards. Last year, they won the "BBC Jazz Award" for the best album of the year and they also appeared in the program "Later with Jools Holland". Neil Cowley Trio can be easily compared to innovative jazz trios such as E.S.T and The Bad Plus.
