The young Jazztrio Ñtri-tonesî can be considered as one of the most exciting new Jazzbands in Aachen and surroundings. The three young musicians from Aachen and Maastricht met about one year ago, sharing their passion in jazz and improvisation. The original modern compositions of pianist Lucas Leidinger (20) show a fresh new sound between complex structures, harmonic artfulness, beautiful melodies and powerful rhythms. Supported by the energetic play of 18 year old drummer Tilo Weber and doublebass-player Johannes Vos, ìtri-tonesî represents a new generation of jazzmusicians in Aachen. They are presenting exciting unconventional music in the tradional constellation of the piano-trio.
